Where do you ship to? Currently, we ship to all of peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands.
How much does shipping cost? At Cluzzi, standard shipping within Spain is completely free.
How long will my order take to arrive? Preparation time is 24-48 business hours, and shipping time is usually 3 to 5 business days.
Where are the products shipped from? Although our tax headquarters are in Germany, we collaborate with suppliers in Spain so that your products are shipped locally and arrive as quickly as possible.

Can I return my order? Yes, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to request a return without giving explanations.
Who pays for return shipping? If you decide to return the product because you don't like it (withdrawal), the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the product arrives defective, Cluzzi will cover all costs.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method you used.

Is it safe to buy at Cluzzi? Absolutely. Our store uses Shopify technology to ensure that your payments are 100% secure and encrypted.
